REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is an independent member association affiliated to the SOS Federation. As a leader in childcare, SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda leverages existing community resources to strengthen quality child care and protection through a holistic continuum of care tailored to orphans, vulnerable children and their families. SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda actively advocates for the promotion of childcare and child protection. Since 2004.

SOS-CV Rwanda builds its vision as that, every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect, and security and its mission is that we build families for children in need, we help them shape their own futures and we share in the development of their communities.

In order to fulfill the above mission and Vision, SOS-CV Rwanda calls for Expression of Interest for the specialized firms in consultancies, specialized companies in the field of construction, supply, services providers and other rendered services companies including hotels, decoration, event management etc… to submit their expression of interest by filling the format provided and other mentioned documents as stated below:

The Interested bidders should submit their expression of interest together with filled format attached to this advert and the following documents:

Name of the company/firm: Address (PO Box), Phone Number, Email address, Physical address; A copy of RDB certificate showing that the company/firm is eligible in the specific field of Business; Original or a copy of the tax clearance certificate from RRA;

Only qualified bidders will be in the database of SOS-CV Rwanda Vendor list; (those who were already in SOS-CV Rwanda Vendor list for the past years are requested to express their interest if they are still interested). Further information on this request may be obtained by writing to [email protected] and copy to [email protected]. Where necessary SOS-CV Rwanda shall make a site visit to the applicants to prove the physical and office existence of the company.

1. Consultancy firms
2. Hotels services (All category)
3. Works (Constructions)
4. Repair and Maintenance
5. Repair of Plumbing and Electricity
6. Garage Services
7. Suppliers of Tyres
8. Decoration and Event Management
9. Car wash companies
10. Supply of IT-Related companies
11. Repair and Maintenance of IT-related goods
12. Supply of Promotion materials
13. Supply of Office Stationeries
14. Supply of Furniture and Fittings
15. Cleaning, hygiene and Materials.
16. Videographers/Short videos/Documentaries making.
17. Design, Branding and Printing Services.
18. Publishing and Advertisement services.
19. Media Services (Radio, Television and Print Medias)
20. Social Media advertisement services.

Hard copies are not accepted. The deadline for submission is set on April 2, 2024 at 5:00 P.M.

The evaluation results will be communicated through the provided e-mails that will be used during the submission of your expression of interest.
