SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is committed to ensuring that children who lost or are at risk of losing parental care, have the quality care that is their right. Four SOS Children’s Villages were established on the belief and recognition that the most vulnerable children needed emotional and physical stability in a family and a community environment to develop to their potential.

SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda implements its programme interventions with the support of various partners and individuals who have the cause of children at heart. Indeed, it takes a lot to grow a child and this is why SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is always looking for support from passionate givers.

One of the prevention measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 is to wear masks and washing hands regularly. It is in this regard that; SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda wish to support children during this challenging period to facilitate them to get masks and soap to wash their hands. 584 vulnerable children are living in four children’s villages located in Nyamagabe, Kayonza, Gicumbi and Gasabo) and 7,316 children are supported in their families in vulnerable communities of Gasabo, Gicumbi Kayonza and Nyamagabe Districts.
